Special Oder Item

If you don’t find an item on our online store or your local store, we can ‘special order’ this for you. Once you share specific product details with us, our team will reach out to Suppliers and send you a quotation and estimated time of arrival for the product. For cash customer, full payment is required before order placement. For credit account customers, this is charged to customer credit account.

Cancellation on Special Order Items
If our team has already placed this order for you or the item is already shipped by Supplier, we will not be able to offer you a full refund, however, we will deduct service charges and provide a refund. For specific charges please enquire with our Customer Service Team or visit your local store of order placement.
